Where We Are

Over the past three years we have strengthened relationships, empowered leaders, and created pathways across the Midlands — partnering with the City of Columbia and its departments to bring honest conversation and practical training to the workforces shaping our community.

  • Bridging the Generational Gap in the Workplace

Training provided to the City of Columbia's Leadership Team to help leaders manage a multigenerational workforce with empathy and improve communication across teams.

  • Organizational Trust & Inclusion

A strategic contract with the Parks and Recreation Department focused on trust, safety, and inclusion inside the workforce.

  • Grow Up and Grow Old: Columbia Cohort

Partnership with the Office of Business Opportunities engaging young entrepreneurs and emerging leaders across the city.
