Project OneWay Incorporated was built in Columbia, South Carolina on a simple conviction: talent is everywhere, but exposure and access are not.

From Ideation to Manifestation
Where We Started
Project OneWay was born from a $1,500 scholarship idea by a struggling college sophomore who kept keynoting other organizations' scholarship events. Formally created in Winter 2022 and later achieving 501(c)(3) status, the organization now delivers four core programs — Network Building & Navigation, Multi-Area Scholarship Support, Mentoring, and Employment Empowerment — alongside its 2023 launch of 'Bridging the Generational Gap in the Workplace.'
